I’ve been a loyal customer at this carwash since I moved here this past September, but my last visit was a disaster leaving me completely frustrated and disappointed. During the final drying stage, the equipment cracked and broke my moonroof. I immediately informed management and was assured that someone from upper management would call me to address the situation —that call never came. I returned in person to follow up, only to be told that because my car is over 10 years old, the damage was considered “wear and tear” and they would not take any responsibility. This is unacceptable — equipment at a professional carwash should not break a customer’s property, regardless of the age of the car. It’s extremely disappointing to see a business treat loyal customers this way, avoiding accountability and dismissing a clear issue with faulty equipment. I’m sharing this experience to warn others: be cautious when using this carwash, because if something goes wrong, management may not take responsibility, no matter how obvious the damage.
